Insight
=======

Insight represents your character's perception and awareness.
It is a mental stat that affects both defense and item usage.

Effects
-------
  Ego           - Contributes to your ego (see 'help ego')
  PVP Defense   - Reduces damage taken from other players
  Prophecy      - Required for high-level divination spells

Ego Contribution
----------------
Your ego determines what powerful items you can use:

  Ego = Level + Insight + Remort bonus

Higher insight lets you wield more powerful artifacts.
Use 'score' to see your current ego.

PVP Damage Reduction
--------------------
When fighting other players, insight reduces damage taken:

  Base reduction: 50%
  Bonus: +1% per 5 insight (max +40% at 200 insight)
  Total: 50-90% damage reduction in PVP

* Important for using high-level equipment
* Essential for PVP survivability
* Pray for insight to access legendary items
