Alignments: Order and Chaos

In this world, all beings align with one of two great forces:
Order or Chaos. Your alignment affects which areas you can
safely visit and who your enemies are.

Order
-----
Followers of Order value structure, law, and civilization.
They gather in cities and defend against the forces of Chaos.

Chaos
-----
Followers of Chaos embrace freedom, change, and the wild.
They lurk in dark places and seek to tear down Order.

Consequences
------------
* Some areas are hostile to your opposing alignment
* NPCs may attack you based on your alignment
* Some guilds and temples only accept certain alignments
* Your alignment is chosen during character creation
